Compression Only CPR, also known as Hands Only CPR is similar to CPR but without the rescue breaths.

Effective for adults who have collapsed from cardiac arrest, but not for small children or victims of near-drowning

automatic external defibrillator (AED) is applied to shock the heart. It only takes 15 minutes to learn.

Appointments to learn COCPR are offered:
Second Tuesday of each month from 2 to 5 p.m.
Third Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon
